TECC-LEO certified and possessing vast experience across a range of CISO/CSO services, Rasmussen founded TES to provide elite protective services to residents of Los Angeles and beyond.

Mr. Beamer, an accomplished security expert with over 20 years in executive roles, recently led security operations at SoFi Stadium, ensuring the safety of athletes and attendees at events like Super Bowl LVI. He’s also directed security for the NBA and Olympics, and served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, protecting the President and Vice President at part of the Counter Assault Team.
With advanced security certifications and a Master’s in Education, he brings strategic leadership and tactical expertise.

Mr. Le, Associate Director of Global Security at Alcon, oversees Protective Services, Incident Management, and Corporate Aviation. He’s led security roles at NCR, Veritiv, Pfizer, and Zoetis—following a 22-year career with the U.S. Secret Service, including as Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge of the prestigious Presidential Protective Division.
He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and University of Washington graduate.

Mr. Kollar, Director of Security Operations for the $4 billion OCVIBE project, brings over 25 years of Secret Service experience, including serving on President Clinton’s Protection Detail at the White House. He also led security during several presidential campaigns and Olympic Games.
Additionally, he serves on the Executive Board of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI) and has previously led security for Pacific Life and Disneyland Resort. He is a UC Irvine graduate.

Mr. Matranga, CEO of M6 Global Defense, is a former U.S. Secret Service Special Agent with over 15 years in high-profile security. He also served in the Special Operations Division as a Counter Assault Team Operator. A Sam Houston State graduate, he’s been featured extensively on various media outlets, including The New York Times.

Mr. Wagner is a foreign affairs and international security expert with 36 years of experience. A former CIA executive, he’s been honored with multiple prestigious awards, most notably the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal and National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal.
He’s led global security at Tesla and founded several companies, including NTN Holdings, a social impact fund, Cogence Systems, Eastern Sky Technologies and The START Method. He holds Master’s degree from Georgetown University and is fluent in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and French.
